Strengths and Weaknesses
Sep. 5th, 2015 07:04 pmPamela has much of the standard vampire powers that one might expect:
> Superhuman strength
She can lift more than what most mortals could. This is only limited to things as heavy as your standard vehicle. She'd most likely be able to move a bus, but with some struggle involved. The older a vampire is, the stronger they are. She's only as strong as those younger than her but she puts up a good fight against those that are stronger than she is. She has been shown to overpower those older than her, but that isn't always the case. However, it's good to note that you do not want to fuck with Pam.
> Accelerated healing
The more extensive the damage, the harder it may be for her to heal, but she can heal within moments of being injured.
> Super speed
This bitch is gonna beat you in a race.
> Glamouring
A form of mind control used. Only works if eye contact is involved.
The process of glamouring begins with eye contact between a vampire and a respondent.
Once eye contact is made, the vampire can force the respondent to keep from shifting their eyes by sheer will. Once this is accomplished, the vampire can enter the person's mind and begin to compel him/her as desired.
A respondent enters a trance-like state, becoming highly susceptible to suggestions and commands, but can respond to questions at will.
*Does not work on fairies and certain other supernatural creatures but will put a charm on most humans, weres, and shapeshifters. It's been known that some humans can wear special contacts that makes them immune to a vampire's glamouring for a brief time.
> Flying
This is not something all vampires of her kind can do but has manifested from all in her bloodline.
> Maker/Progeny link
If Pam were to choose to "make" a vampire, she would have dominion over the vampire she made - her progeny. By saying the words "As your maker, I command you", she can force her progeny to perform tasks or simply submit to her.
Pam's weaknesses include: stake to the heart, silver (it burns and makes vampires of her kind immobile, slows their healing), Hepatitis V (only deadly disease known to slowly kill vampires), fire, and sunlight
